Welcome to Acies. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from Acies ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

2. Products
Our products are made to order and printed on demand. Colors and finishes may vary slightly from images on your screen due to monitor settings and the nature of the printing process. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders, pricing & payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. Payment is processed securely at checkout; your order is confirmed once payment is received.

4. Shipping & delivery
Shipping times, costs, and conditions are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier.

5. Returns & refunds
Because items are made to order, returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the Acies name, logo, designs, graphics, and text — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our or others' rights, or to interfere with the site's operation or security.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except those that cannot be excluded by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The parties elect the courts of the District of Brasília, Federal District, Brazil, to settle any dispute arising from these Terms — without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the applicable law of your place of residence (including, for consumers in Brazil, the right to sue in their own domicile under the Consumer Defense Code).
