Refund policy

Because every Acies piece is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size — please check the size guide before ordering.

We'll gladly replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact us through our Contact page within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. Approved cases receive a free replacement or a full refund.

Not covered: change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or packages lost due to a wrong address provided at checkout.
